[1.7 Beta] Category Point (not initially spent) disappears

I levelled up to level 10 and got a Category Point (CP), but didn't spend it because I wanted to play around with the base Necro features before I committed too much.
Upon level 11 my CP went missing, and it isn't in any category (they all claim it isn't), and so it went AWOL.
