Lichform Display [1.7 beta 1]

After starting the lichform ritual, the prodigy no longer shows up on the prodigy screen. It still works fine and a prodigy point is used, but it would be nice if you could see that you have it. Also I don't remember for sure, but I think the orb doesn't warn you the ritual consumes a prodigy point.
