Save File No Longer Loads

Looks like I've got a corrupted save? The game crashed and closed (without an error notification) in the Charred Scar. I tried reloading, and it said Saving: 172% at one point, then hung when I finished and tried to recall out. Now I can't load the save at all.

If anyone can help repair the file somehow, I'd really appreciate it. This is my first real Insane run and I'd like to complete it.
