[1.6.7] Writhing One Decaying Devourers summon talent issue

Writhing One's Decaying Devourer summons seem to never use their "Frenzied bite" talent.
Similarly, they do seem to use their "Gnashing Teeth" talent and do seem to frenzy from it according to log but they do not gain any buffs from it (global speed, physical crit or die-at). Either that or those buffs are not visible in their character sheet or console inspect
