I am in the middle of a run with a stone warden... I have tried multiple times (different days, reboots, etc) and am unable to deposit anything into the vault. Says I have an unvalidated game.

Of course, after multiple replications of the error, over three days, at different times (after reading all the previous stuff about how to solve it), it works. But only after I made the above posts.
