[1.6.6] Broken Summoning(utilty) Skills

Hovering over the summon control spell throws an error.
And if you click in any other skill in the same category, the summon control skill lvlup up to 5000 and the other skills start throwing errors about a pheromone skill. I tried restarting, verifying files and re installing but it doesn't seem to help.
