1.6.6 Stat loss after a fight

Hi
I'm playing a lvl 51 Sun Pal in Infinite Dungeon. After a near death fight against a Inner demon unique, i noticed i couldn't rest anymore nor auto explore. The explaination i found is that i lost 50% heal mod and someting like 2 regen, puting it into negative regen. Is there any fix or anyone who could fix my save plz?
