ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

After user Moasseman noticed it on my charsheet, he talked to me about it, and apparently the bonus arcane resist and resist cap increase kept stacking on it. Like this:

Every time i put it on, these stats increase, but they don't decrease when i take it off.

I just notied that the Equilibrium regen also keeps stacking.
