1.6.6 Fallen Aeryn Death

Forgot to send an in game bug report for this, but if you kill fallen aeryn at the same time that you die, you get the standard dialog, but when it ends there's an error that says aeryn is not on the current level, and when you revive she's back at full health (I chose ask her to move aside, might be different for kill)
