Grenade Launcher when triggers uses steamgun steam cost - is it intended?
Not sure, but maybe Reactive Armor too.

Also, when using Flame Jet, surprisingly enough it cost steam equal to targets in AoE*steamgun shoot cost.
So, it could be 20-30 steam for single use, or more with artefact steamguns.

Flamethrower isn't working well but I think there's already a change for it coming.
Another issue with flamethrower is that bumping with it will multi-tap for number of enemies behind it.
