[1.6.5] Pet interplay

Just calling out a few weirdnesses that affect the now sizable amount of permanent allies. Probably not a bug persay but also sort of makes certain parts less interactable just for being on the tree.
1) Payload's Boom will ignore the player, but hit all allies. Pretty sure there's other AoEs that were doing the same, even though you can shoot through and otherwise ignore the allies for being hit.
2) Portal Vaults leave allies behind, making them considerably harder for ally type classes.
