[1.6.5] Damage conversion doesn't apply to talent procs

Damage conversion from sources such as Pendant of the Sun and Moon or Elemental Fury do not apply to talent procs (Mana coil tinker, Hateful whisper proc etc)
E: Some talent procs are apparently converted correctly (Black robe at least)
