[1.6.4] Technomage suddenly lost all damage modifiers

So, was happily playing along for a first run with Technomancer, and then suddenly all my damage buffs vanished.
It most likely was when I entered the Mole (G.E.M.) and had the first Anhillator event, because things suddenly seemed a lot thicker, but I didn't really notice. It may have been shortly after when I hit 42 and added the Arcane Amplification Device prodigy. It's not been much longer than that.
Tried unequipping everything and turning off all sustains, and I end up with -45% all damage and -160% arcane -_-

For some reason the screenshots taken come off as too big to attach so *shrugs*
