- I hit something? One of them was rogue, maybe in stealth, but who was other? There was nobody.
So who was that second someone who took 200 damage? ot sure it's a bug though.

Scrap this, it was Automated Defence's Shockstaff thing, passive that sometimes strike for 50% of damage.

Some mob deflected my char's Stormstrike attack with Buckler Expertise, and Shockstaff forcefully went on cd, while I still had HW ammo for it.
Bug?

Fixed for the next annihilator patch.
