1.6.2 Flashing/Black screen

Started my 1.6.1 EoR Psyshot save and it was just black screen and my cursor. Thinking my save might be bugged I tried making a Whitehoof Skirm. On creation and after point allotment the screen started flashing. I tabbed out to report to discord and check if this was happening to anyone else and when I tabbed back in it was black screen and cursor. Dunno what is causing this and sadly don't have an error panel to post. As of right now EoR and possibly ToME is unplayable for me.
