[1.6.0][1.6.1]The Entropic Void on worldmap-Maj' Eyal

Can't find in a search, so....

I'm using 1.6.0 linux64 as I wasn't aware 1.6.1 was out, and I don't play online, my games workstation is standalone, I prefer to play single player, and always have, multiplayer seems to me to be cheating, it's supose to be you against the games 'smarts' after all.

Having completed the game, at a decent level at last, I "orb'd" back to Maj' Eyal to "Do a cleanup" as they say and found this new (to me) area and thought i'd have a go. Well it bombed/ccrashed my computer and stuffed up the TOME /root/.config while it was at it!

I've got to the point of playing as a Neko (cat) Adventurer in case that's some help.

Thankfully I tend to backup these every so often (major step or point) and had done so after "defeating the baddies" so I reloaded and tried again, found it and mousing over it gives me>

Tried again with the same result.

Can I take it that it's fixed in 1.6.1 or do I leave it for now when I come across the area again :?

ps I do like this game, it's one of the few adventure type games on linux that I consider worth replaying over and over again.

EDIT: further info after a 1.6.1 update

Lua Error: /engine/Zone.lua:795: cannot open /dat-cults/zones/entropic-void/zone.lua: No such file or directory

So that explains it, it's some sort of area, not in the default 1.6.0+ but having a porty on the world map.

Really shouldn't appear unless the artea is available, somewhat cross about it, not professional at all!

BTW picked up a voratun ring of null when went back to the top level High Peak a second time, wasn't there when I left the first time, nice, doesn't show anything under 'when wielded/worn:' shows as a yellow colour, but its given me almost full immunity against anything from others.

Heya

What others addons do you use?
Because the entropic void, that DOES exist in 1.6.0 (more specifically in Forbidden Cults expansion), does *not* spawn on the worldmap; it is accessed from entering the correct glyph sequence in the occult egress.
So something sounds very weird :)

got a 1.6.1 bug but will do a separste bug when I get it tested a second time to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
