Currently, the Yeti Tissue Reward levels Charm Mastery (which is no longer available to players) rather than the new Device Mastery skill. Is this intended?

It does, but at a lower mastery (0.
. Ironically, it'd still probably let you stack up pretty high since you can get 5 points in charm and 4 in device and I bet they stack right now.

But they still have good mastery with Adept.
