[1.6.1] Annihilator don't get Automated Portable Extractor

In Maj Eyal campaign, Annihilator get no "Automated Portable Extractor" at birth.
And I don't see any tinker cave either.

Were you a Drem by any chance? I just spawned a Cornac Annihilator with an APE.
Tinker class characters used to spawn the tinker cave without need of an escort, but there was weird, buggy placement issues going on. Now the placement is fixed but tinkers don't seem to spawn the cave. I don't know if this is a bug or working as intended, but I find it unfortunate.

Yes it was a Drem (insane mode).
I tried to create a new character Drem now, and it's the same problem.

I tried again (2min after the previous try) with a new character (Drem, Insane, Adventure), and now he spawned with the APE...
So it is random.
