It seems that the real effect of Split(Timethief T4), the description of this talent and the magic debuff are weirdly inconsistent.
Let P be the power of talent which is used for formulus:
1. in the description of talent, the clone deals (40 + p)% dam, however, when the clone is generated, all damage is decreased by (40 - p)%
2. in the description of talent, the target takes (80 - p)% less dam, but the description of effect does not match, and the real effect is that the target takes exactly (80 - p)% dam.
