ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

While the descriptions of Static Shock (steamtech/magnetism) says "You now also use your Cunning in place of Strength when equipping shields", and the item description says it will use your cunnning, you still need strength to actually wear it.

Step to reproduce:
Fresh Annihilator character.
Learn Static Shock.
Level up, keep stat at cunning >=16 & strength < 16
Give him a Coral Spray and trying to equip it.

This may be related to some bug in superloaded _M:updateObjectRequirements(o) in orcs/superload/mod/class/Actor.lua

Also, Mecharachnid's tail attachment will completely ignore the stat requirement of the equipment and force equip it.

I can confirm I also had this issue yesterday. Tried to equip a (non-artifact) tier 2 steel shield, it says I needed 16 CUN on the tooltip, but was unable to equip despite having 35 CUN.

Fixed this, will merge it in next few days.
