1.6 Temporal form damage bonus

Not entirely sure if it's the description or that is wrong or the effect itself, but temporal form matches your temporal damage bonus to whatever your highest damage bonus is passively, without the extra 30%. The skill description does does NOT indicate taht the bonus works when not transformed into a telugoroth.
