[1.6] Radiance + Range Amplification Device

Not sure if this reeeally qualifies as a bug, but radiance at talent level 4/0/0/0 or greater will provide you with an innate light radius of 10, but will not qualify you for the prodigy because your "actual" Character sheet light radius does not change to reflect this, even if the effect of radiance is greater than what is provided by your gear and other talents.
