[1.6] Lifeless Rush odd behaviour

Using Lifeless Rush when at zero charges will work as intended, setting the number to the maximum you can hold, however if your charges are greater than zero, it will increase the count by one, rather than setting it to maximum as the talent states, leading to much weaker results if you only have one or two charges left.

Agreed, was already present in 1.5 and wasn't fixed with Embers update
