1.6 Spit Poison locked due to non existent EQ w LoN Prod

Experimenting with devmode character to check talent interactions, so there may be an issue there.
However, as an Ogre Writhing One I was unable to use the Spit Poison talent off Legacy of the Naloren because it said my EQ was too high, despite having no visible EQ bar.
