ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I'm using a non-usual view for skills panel, although that's not an addon, just resized default panel. I find it very comfortable to use and I've been using it for like two years and since 1.6 it sometimes displays weird cooldowns, as seen in attach.
Is there any way to fix that or the only way is to switch to more default skills panel view?

UPD after looking, i think it's shared charms cooldown of 18 is being displayed with some margin.

I have the same issue. I think it happens because of smaller icons size. Devs, fix this pls or return the old cooldown display.
