1.6 BETA 3 - Fortress not gaining energy with synched chest

I also got the "enemies drop APE" bug, and after getting about 2 energy from the chest in the fortress no more got added. As far as I can tell, it only adds when I manually melt stuff as opposed to when I automelt at levels end.
