[1.6b2] Adept+Tricks of the trade bonus

Not 100% sure this is a bug, but taking adept, then tricks of the trade increases cunning/stealth by .8 instead of the expected .5. This doesn't work if I take tricks before adept. It seems like there might be other interactions like this since adept increases the effective talent level of prodigies
