-alchemist escort in old forest 2
-foolishly die trying to save her
-demand to be sent somewhere else because it is not safe
-arrival on the map with the reward window
-I can select the reward and the quest is a success

Was the escort near the portal when you died ?

Also she was with me on the Eidolon plane.

Using any addons?
When I try to reproduce it the quest fails when I ask to be sent to the worldmap

No addon used at all. It's completly vanilla.
