[1.6 Beta] Tinker extractor not given

-On maj-eyal campaign
-Playing as a reaver
-Learned the steamtech talents from escort at lvl20
-I played around a bit and found sometime later I didn't have the extractor in my inventory and couldn't extract tinker materials
