[1.6 Beta] "imbued " ego on staves' talent list is broken.

There is a typo in data/general/objects/egos/staves.lua ,
where T_GLACIAL_VAPORS should be T_GLACIAL_VAPOUR instead.
Then, when producing staff with "imbued " ego, there is a chance to create a broken item with invalid talent_on_spell.talent property.
