Wyrmic Guile does not reduce CD of Maggot/Necrotic Breath

Seems like a very odd or unintended interaction considering they are both available on the Wyrmic class if unlocked as a birth option.
Looks like my dream of playing a corrupted Wyrmic will have to wait longer it seems.
