Stuck in infinite vault loop in Dominion Port

For reference - from a few times I played EoR, more than half runs were spoiled by bugs.
Most of them was in Dominion Port - was need to teleport char to global map, because exit from vault ended with dark screen - nothing loaded. Next was endless loop of vaults, so this is second time. And also psi-machine can give as reward skill tree, that doesn notexist in game already.
I don't know - cut DP out of game? Or fix it.
EoR spoils the whole impression from ToME4, it looks like unfinished work.
