Sun paladin aeryn fail to spawn at final fight

Sun paladin aeryn fail to spawn at the final fight. Had a bunch of errors popup when fighting. After the fight was forced to close portal despite having disrupt the sorcs in time.
Possible cause:A bug seems to let me have 7 temporal hounds.
An animated blood with -2 turn remaining had been showing in the UI for a long time.
Was looking forward to finally equip the staff of absorption after the fight
