Freeze can't target enemies in walls

Even worse, it targets one tile before wall, so you can nuke yourself when targetting enemy in wall
P.S. Next time I've encountered dread in wall I tried to phase door it to open space to then freeze it. Guess what happened...
I.e. phase door shares that behaviour (and I guess teleport does so as well) (actually it didn't find target and teleported me instead)
