ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Both can be used by enemies ignoring LoS, and while it seems brainstorm does no damage, beckon still forces you to move to them.
Also it seems brainstorm ignores it's maximum range when used this way.
Also it seems at least brainstorm can be used that way even while enemies have no clue about your existence.

brainstorm has been bugged a while yeah, enemies think it goes through wall at infinite range
