[Cults 1.0.1] Stats capped at 100 for Controlled Horrors

The tooltips for WO's Controlled Horrors talents says that your summons stats will be = to your Magic stat, but when you check on the model they are capped at 100. Given that PES is in the game, it would be helpful to note that there's a cap so that summoner WOs won't take PES to help their summoning game.
