Several Forbidden Cults achievements not triggering

The "Not Really Yourself" achievement does not trigger after dying with the Fanged Collar equipped, nor does it trigger after feeding it escorts or after investing generic points in the parasite tree. The Achievement you are supposed to get for learning the origin of the Dwarf and Drem races by looking at the mural involving outer space also does not trigger.

Not Really Yourself requires maxing the whole tree.
The dwarf ones has *3* conditions to be met.
