Trees missing min_lev = 10....

wild-gift/higher-draconic, wild-gift/oozing-blades, wild-gift/corrosive-blades, and wild-gift/eyal's fury
psionic/nightmares, psionic/discharge and psionic/dream-forge
spells/aether
this doesn't mean much, really just means that anyone who obtains a category point pre level 10 can unlock these trees and be unable to put a point into them. But it should still be fixed.
