ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So after putzing about with The Black Wall and trying various demons I've come to the conclusion that either the resistance check on the character stats screen is bugged or the item itself is. Effectively The Black Wall ignores any and all gained resistances by embedding a demon. I'm not sure if this is due to the interaction of the scaling shadow power resistances and intended or if it's just an odd interaction all together but given that the shield is pretty much designed for Demonologists it seems kind of like an odd situation to find oneself in.

Happy to provide any other info that's needed but as far as I can tell it seems to be a bug.

Black wall bugs with seed giving res like revenant bugs with seed giving status res.
There are still quite a few demo related bugs but i haven't kept my bug list on them up to date like I said I would...
