ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

It doesn't seem to be registering new characters, even after a long time. I thought it was to do with having a new addon that I've only recently uploaded, but I disabled that and my new game still didn't register properly (even though it does say it is registering it). Can you check to see if there is a bug with my account? Other people seem to be creating characters online fine, so it would be great if you could check it out. I don't want to play games unless they are registered online.

Also, I recently started a 5 Euro per month donation, but the first donation in that series didn't seem to be added to my balance.

I found that it didn't save it properly until after the first manual save. I think I did try that before (maybe not). Anyway, it's working now, even with my addon.

I've found that for my account currently, the save when quitting does not update my game on the website. Only saves in-game (like loading new zone, or manual saves) update the character on the website.

Is this usual?
