Inconsistent factions in Orc Vault

I opened an Orc Vault in Dreadfell and the orcs started killing each other, mostly ignoring me. This seemed to be because about half of them were of the 'Orc Pride' faction while the other half were of the generic 'Enemies' faction.

Do you have a screenshot of the vault in question by any chances?

I have just come across the same problem in a Horrors vault in Gorbat Pride. Some were of the 'Orc Pride' factions and some were 'Horrors. In the picture attached the ones marked with blue are the 'Horrors', with the rest being of the 'Orc Pride'. Earlier there was a pair of Devourers of conflicting factions attacking each other, which was when I noticed the bug. I did not notice how prevalent the problem was in the beginning of the vault.
