Inside Hidden Vaults Inaccessible

I'm currently running through High Peak and I noticed there was a vault that was half inaccessible. There 'was' an entrance to one side of the vault, but the accompanying other half was not available. Since everything in the vault was undiggable, I couldn't dig around to it either.
