I think my game is broken.

Hi,
I'm playing a Skeleton Time warden. I used the power of the fortress to make the cloak of deception's effect permanent and at one point transmogged the cloak since it was no longer needed. However, I'm not sure when exactly but I suspect its when i resurrected with the skeleton power, i lost the cloak's power. Now, I'm level 31 and I need to get to last hope but nobody will talk to me since I'm a skeleton.

What can I do?
Thanks.

Ooh, no no no, you definitely don't want to do that. The fortress-modified Cloak of Deception effect isn't permanent permanent, it just doesn't have a limited duration. Anything that can knock out sustains or buffs (including, apparently, resurrecting via the Re-assemble talent) can knock out the effect, and you'll have to restore it by putting the Cloak of Deception on and off again. (The fortress butler warns you about that in the chat dialog, I think.)

As for how to fix it? Well, there's that save-fixing thing Stuntofthelitter runs; they might be able to give you your Cloak of Deception back.

So why IS the cloak transmoggable anyway? You can't drop or transmog the scrying orb, why is this different?

Oh no! I was certain it was now a permanent effect :(
I also agree that we shouldn't be able to transmog it then since it can break the walkthrough.
