ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So - the basic penalty for Ogrewielding is 20%, -5% per size penalty above medium. Possessors can go into larger bodies, but according to the tooltip on the side of the screen they remain at 20% even if they're using a Big body. That's a bummer that you can't use a large body to help, and also that wearing a belt that gives you +size doesn't work when you're in another form. Grumble.

But I grabbed I Can Carry the World to max out strength (for PES), to let me spellcast in heavy armor, and for that +1 size. In my basic form, works fine, penalty drops to 15%. But in other medium sized forms I'm now being penalized an additional -5% (now 25% Ogrewielding penalty), I suppose because my basic form is larger. Grumble grumble!

Fix please?

It's -5% per category above big, not above medium. Ogres default to big size.

Ah, sorry. This is around the point that my last Possessor game exploded due to some incompatible mods, might be a little bugshy.

Why is it that other items contribute while shifted but size shifting items don't?
