duplicate doomed shade

I was doing shadow crypt on insane, and when the guy summoned the copy of me I got a lua error. With the lua error, it popped up lore for the telos spire of power (which I didn't actually get) and there were two copies of the doomed shade of myself, so I had to fight two copies of myself at the same time. After killing them, there were two stairs out.
