ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I was on High Peak 10, browsing my available talents via the "M" menu and was surprised to see both the Rod of Spydric Poison and the Mummified Egg-sac there despite having dropped / transmogged them back in Ardhungol (iirc).

Sure enough I can activate them both too - screenshots attached.

Not sure how long this bug has been around since I haven't played all that much since 1.3 and don't spend a lot of time in that particular menu either.

Just finished another playthrough and the egg sac was, once again, in the list of available items for activation despite not being in my inventory.

This time, though, activating it did nothing (no spiders).
