Game freezes in the last battle

When I was fighting with the sorcerers, my game get freezes, and now, when I reloaded my save, the sun paladin was not there any more, and the fight jumped back to beggining. I'm afraid I can't beat the sorceres alone, since even with her I was loosing it. This freeze problem happened a lot times before, and I've reported all times. I think this is a problem in the Linux client.
i tried to send a ticket to "te4support", but the page is stuck in "please wait... it will take a second!". But I'm reading it for a hour.
What I can do now?

Are you using the steam version? And also... it would be wonderful if you could capture the log next time it freezes, but that might be a little hard.

How is it hard to capture the log? It is written to a file.

Well chances are he's already erased it by re-running the game but idk

I'm using the version downloaded in te4.org.
I think there is'nt nothing relevant in the log, because the game freezes not for a crash or something, I think it's a problem in the linux version.
it happens some times, not always, when the game window loses focus (e.g. adjusting the computer volume, notification, etc).
And yes, I've roload the character a couple of times.
