Alchemist with Temporal Form can exceed the 1000 Paradox cap

To replicate this bug:
Step 1: First activate Temporal Form, then use Spacetime Tuning to select a desired paradox above the default of 300.

Step 2: Rest until Temporal Form is off cooldown, then activate it and use an anomaly.

Step 3: Rest again then use Spacetime Tuning to select a desired paradox of exactly 300, then use an anomaly.
Step 4: Rest again then use Temporal Form, you will see the Max above 1000. Using Spacetime Tuning reveals that somehow the desired paradox has been changed to something you did not select (1120 in this screenshot).

Step 5: Rest, use Temporal Form, and repeat. Watch the paradox climb.

Note that you have the manually stop the rest at higher levels of paradox, as the rest will wait for Paradox to reduce to some number (1000?). Changing desired paradox to 0 and resting (for a very very long time) will eventually drop it to usable levels.
