Assume Form Cooldown 1.5.2

The cooldown of Assume Form does NOT improve as Possess improves in level contrarily to what is advertised in the skill tooltip. No matter what, it stays at 18 turns. Worth noting, the Assume Form skill itself stays at level 1 no matter the level of Possess, but this might be by design
