Guardian Unity weirdness

Tried taking a Temporal Warden through the new Infinite Dungeon, and noticed some oddities with this skill.
The one I'm sure of is that the initial damage sharing is wrong; with a reported initial reduction of 47% and a lasting reduction of 23%, I'm seeing initial hits share a bit less than a third of their damage - maybe 47/147? The lasting reduction seems more accurate.
There might be some fuzziness with the trigger threshold, as well - it's supposed to trigger on hits >19% of total life, and I've seen it triggering on slightly less, but that might just be rounding.
I've also seen one attack with two elements (temporal and physical, IIRC) trigger it and only the temporal damage was split; I've no idea what caused this, and replication in normal play seems likely to take an absurd amount of time. Is there a good way to use Developer Mode or something to try and recreate this kind of thing?
